Welcome to cycling paradise on the mediterranean. Ride a stunning loop from the Catalan city of Girona to Tossa de Mar, Llafranc, Empuriabrava & Cadaques. Each destination has it’s own special character & unique beach to enjoy after the ride. Enjoy evenings characterised by delicous meals & views of the sea.
This is a supported tour on quiet roads, designed for riders who love to enjoy cycling & relaxation in equal measure. Riders are provided with the route book and GPX tracks for self-guiding. Your Ride Leader will drive the fully electric support vehicle each day, meeting riders at designated feed zones. They’ll be on call and will ensure everyone is supported as needed.
Day 1:
Arrival in Girona – welcome from our Girona Cycling Hub with lunch provided.
Tour brief, Bike Set up & Warm-up ride.
Welcome evening meal at our favourite restaurant in town.
Day 2:
Girona – Tossa de Mar, 50 km, 700 m
Enjoy the evening at your own pace by walking through Tossa village. Why not head out to the each and check out the impressive castle!
Day 3:
Tossa de Mar – Llafranc 50 km, 800 m
Everyone can do their own thing tonight in the lovely Llafranc village. Make sure you walk part of the Camí de Ronda!
Day 4:
Llafranc – Sant Marti l’Escala, 58 km, 900 m
Group evening meal is included tonight.
Day 5:
Sant Marti – Cadaqués, 56 km, 800 m
Farewell evening meal is included at our favourite resturant in town.
Day 6:
Departure day. Included transfer from Cadaqués to Girona.
Extend your stay in Cadaqués or Girona.
If you want to cycle more, let us know! We’ll provide you with a self-guided track back to Girona.
This is a relaxed cycling itinerary for riders who love to ride & relax!
Non-riders are welcome to join the tour & can travel in the support vehicle every day. Rides are enjoyed in the mornings, with afternoons spent exploring a new beach.
This tour is fully supported. You’ll be accommpanied on the bike by a cycling guide & have vehicle support too. The vehicle is stacked full of ride nutrition & equipped to fix any mechanical issues.
Seafood is on the menu!
The tour includes breakfast every day at our hotels, ride nutrition & selected evening meals. We’ll offer recommendations for lunch & can assist with any reservations.

Situated just behind the village of Llafranc but a 2 minute walk to the beach, this is the perfect place to unwind and rejuvenate after today’s ride.

Beautifully located just inland of l’Escala, this hotel features is very own wine cellar.
Llane Petit * * * Cadaqués
Hotel Llané Petit is a two-storey hotel located on a small beach in Cadaqués,with a seasonal outdoor pool and is just 5 minutes’ walk from the town centre.

Meeting Point: The meet point for the tour is at the Eat Sleep Cycle Cafe in our cycling hub in Girona.
End Location: The tour finishes in Girona Train station.
