Join our unique women’s cycling training camp in Girona, Catalunya. Girona provides a stress-free environment to cycle in (no potholes, no crazy traffic) so all you have to think about is getting the best out of the ride. The itinerary showcases the best of Girona’s cycling and its huge variety of terrain. Prepare to marvel at the rugged coastline of the Costa Brava, beautiful climbs & spectacular Catalan scenery. There will be two ride groups throughout the week led by experienced (female) guides.
The camp brings together women from all stages of their cycling development, from beginner through to seasoned racers; there’s nothing like the fun, supportive nature of all all-female group for having a great time!

Yes! Our Girona women’s cycle camp is an inclusive itinerary for female riders of all abilities – from those just getting started with road cycling to those preparing for competition.
There are two ride groups to choose from each day – Group 1 will cover a shorter distance at c. 15 – 20 kmph. Group 2 will cover a longer distance at c. 20 – 25 kmph. All climbs will be ridden at the riders own pace – offering those who want to push themselves further the freedom to do so, and those who prefer to take it easy can do so without pressure. In between the climbs experienced (female!) guides will set a pace that is comfortable for all members of the group.
There is also the opportunity to work on group riding skills, descending, cornering and climbing technique.
Don’t forget our support vehicle will never be from the group should you wish to take a break.
We are experienced at adjusting rides to suit different rider levels within a group. Please give us a call if you have any doubts or questions.

Girona is as famous for its food as it is for its cycling. Ride through the Empordá wine region by day and taste the produce by night. Taste ice-cream from the best restaurant in the world.
Enjoy a breakfast buffet each morning in the hotel. A welcome and departure dinner are included in the camp and we’ll organise socials every night.
On top of these enjoy a ladies-only afternoon in Girona’s Roman Spa (inlcuded in the camp) and sign up to our free workshops on nutrition & physio (details to be confirmed 1 month ahead of the camp).
Whilst we’ll supply ride nutrition any coffee/lunch stops during the ride are at the riders expense.

Choose from a Ridley, designed in cycling’s heartland of Belgium, or a state-of-the-art Factor bike. All our bikes are supplied with compact 50-34 chainsets & 11-32 cassettes.
For smaller riders we also offer a Worx RA SL in a size 46 – a fantastic bike designed to handle perfectly despite being small.
We carry a full range of bike sizes from 46 to 63 and can supply female specific saddles when booked in advance.

I took part in the January training camp with Eat Sleep Cycle and it was a great experience. It was very professionally run from the pickup in Barcelona airport to the carbon bikes (better than my own at home). I wasn't as an experienced a cyclist as the others taking part but this didn't matter, I was encouraged to ride to a level that suited me and they took me on beautiful routes perfectly matched to my ability. Just back from Women only Cycle week and what a week week I've had! Was met at the airport by the enthusiastic, energetic Brian and he immediately made me feel at ease.
