If you’re a woman who loves to climb, this is the ultimate Alpine adventure. Join our expert all-women Eat Sleep Cycle guide team this summer and experience the breathtaking beauty of the French Alps on a fully supported, confidence-boosting cycling camp designed exclusively for women.
This trip is ideal for riders with a strong level of fitness who are ready to take on some of Europe’s most iconic climbs in a supportive, no-pressure environment. The Alpine terrain demands endurance, so you should be comfortable maintaining a steady pace on long ascents. Our guides will share tips to help you descend safely and smoothly, but confident bike handling on downhill sections is essential — speed is never the goal, safety always comes first.
Expect legendary climbs, exhilarating descents and scenery that changes with every turn of the road. The Alps are the heart of cycling history, where the sport’s greatest names were made. The journey begins on the shores of Lake Annecy and takes you south through the giants of the Tour de France: the Semnoz, Madeleine, Croix du Fer, Glandon, Télégraphe and Galibier, before finishing in unforgettable style at the summit of Alpe d’Huez.
Off the bike, you’ll stay in exceptional hotels chosen for comfort and location, including Les Trésoms Spa and Lake Resort in Annecy, Le Beausoleil in La Toussuire and Hotel Grandes Rousses in Alpe d’Huez. Each day starts with a generous breakfast buffet to fuel your ride, followed by a time-efficient lunch provided by the support team. Ride nutrition is always close at hand from the support vehicle, keeping you energised throughout the day.
This is an all-inclusive, fully supported tour — so you can focus on what really matters: riding iconic roads, sharing the experience with like-minded women, and soaking up every unforgettable Alpine moment.
