These Rules and Regulations apply to the Into the Black 2026 campaign only. Our Terms and Conditions, Conditions of Carriage, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (EU, UK, CA) are in force at all times and are not changed by these rules. Where these rules give a specific campaign condition (for example a price, a gift or a date), that condition applies in addition to our Terms and Conditions.
Into the Black is run by Eat Sleep Cycle S.L. (Carrer Vern 3, 17004 Girona, Spain, NIF B55305734), together with Eat Sleep Cycle Tours S.L. (Carrer Garbí 34, 17458 Fornells de la Selva, Girona, Spain, NIF B13836994) and Eat Sleep Cycle SAS (11 Quai des Deux Emmanuels, 06300 Nice, France, SIRET 10216561000019) (“Eat Sleep Cycle”, “ESC”, “we”, “us”).
The campaign runs from 00:00 CET on 1 November 2026 to 23:59 CET on 1 December 2026 (the “Campaign Period”). Offers apply only to bookings and orders placed and confirmed within the Campaign Period, unless a shorter period is stated below.
3.1 The departures listed below are reduced for bookings made during the Campaign Period. The reduction applies per person to the tour price of the listed departure date only.

3.2 The reduction does not apply to optional extras such as single supplements, bike hire upgrades, transfers or extra nights.
3.3 Places are limited to the availability on each departure. Once a departure is full, the offer for that departure ends.
3.4 Deposits, balance payments, cancellations and transfers follow our Cycling Tours and Bike Hire Services Terms and Conditions and our Cancellation Policies. Any cancellation fee or travel credit is calculated on the reduced price you paid.
3.5 If you transfer to a departure that is not listed above, the price of the new departure applies.
3.6 Into the Black tour reductions cannot be combined with the Pay in Full kit credit or with any other discount code or campaign.
4.1 Book bike hire in Girona, Málaga or Nice during the Campaign Period, for a rental of 4 or more consecutive days taking place in 2027, and each rider on the booking receives one Welcome Pack.
4.2 Each Welcome Pack contains a pair of socks, ride nutrition and a bidon. The nutrition brand and bidon design are chosen by ESC and vary by hub. The contents have a combined retail value of around €50.
4.3 Welcome Packs are handed over with the bike, including when the bike is delivered to your accommodation or another location.
4.4 The Welcome Pack has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for other products, credit or a reduction on the rental price. If the rental is cancelled, the Welcome Pack is not provided.
5.1 Buy an Eat Sleep Cycle jersey (short or long sleeve) together with Eat Sleep Cycle bib shorts or bib tights in the same order and get 20% off both. The reduction is applied automatically at checkout at shop.eatsleepcycle.com and at the till in our hub shops.
5.2 Add Eat Sleep Cycle socks to a Kit Bundle and get €2 off each pair.
5.3 Kit Bundles apply to full-price Eat Sleep Cycle jerseys and bibs only. Products in the Archive or Sale Outlet are excluded.
6.1 Reduced products are available while stock lasts. Most are limited to the sizes and quantities shown.
6.2 Nearly New bikes are ex-rental bikes, serviced by our mechanics and sold as second-hand goods. You can reserve a bike with a 50% deposit. We then send you photos of the bike. If you are not happy with it, we refund your deposit in full. If you are, you pay the balance before we ship it or you collect it.
6.3 All online purchases are covered by our Retail Sales Terms and Conditions, including our returns policy.
Where we show a previous price next to a reduced price, the previous price is the lowest price at which we offered that product or departure in the 30 days before the reduction.
Campaign prices and gifts apply only to bookings and orders made during the Campaign Period. We cannot re-price, refund the difference on, or add a gift to a booking or order made before or after it.
9.1 We may end or change an offer early for a valid reason, such as circumstances outside our control, a technical error or suspected misuse. Bookings and orders already confirmed will be honoured.
9.2 If a price is shown in clear and obvious error, we will contact you before taking any further payment. You can then confirm at the correct price or cancel and receive a full refund.
