Summary

The Traka is more than a race; it’s a global gathering of the gravel community. This year, we’ve teamed up with Wilier to create Sidetraxx The ultimate culture experience for the Traka weekend—to bring you an exclusive itinerary of rides, parties, and technical deep-dives. As an Eat Sleep Cycle Traka 200 guest, you don’t just attend the events; you get front-row seats to the best Girona has to offer.

The Traka is our home race, and we’ve been on the start line since the very beginning. Over the years we’ve watched it grow from a small gathering of a few hundred riders into one of the most anticipated events on the Girona cycling calendar. Now it’s your turn to be part of it.

Join us for an unforgettable week immersed in the unique atmosphere of Girona’s gravel scene, culminating in the legendary Traka 200. Our package includes guaranteed entry to the 200 km race (entries are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis), giving you the chance to take on one of the most iconic gravel challenges in Europe.

Throughout the weekend, you’ll ride, explore, and race with full support from our experienced team. From route guidance and mechanical help to local knowledge and pre-race preparation, we’ll make sure you arrive at the start line confident, relaxed, and ready to enjoy an incredible day on the bike.

Itinerary

Day 1
Welcome to Girona!

Kick off the weekend with an exciting first day designed to set you up perfectly for the big ride ahead. After getting settled, join the community for the May Day Ride Out—a shake-out loop to loosen the legs and get a feel for the local gravel. Back at the hub, our team will carry out thorough bike checks to ensure your rig is race-ready. We’ll also take care of race registration together, soaking up the buzz as riders from around the world gather.

The Evening: Your Choice of Flow As the sun dips, the SIDETRAXX courtyard transforms for the WoW Moment: Sunset Spritz & Rave in the Yard. You have the “front row seat” to the best atmosphere in Girona, with two ways to enjoy it:

  • The “Rave” Experience: Dive into the “Golden Hour, Polished in Copper.” Sip on a ‘Ramato Spritz’—our signature Wilier cocktail infused with edible copper glitter—while a live 90s DJ set brings the high-energy “Rave” vibes to the courtyard. It’s the ultimate way to celebrate the gravel culture before the big day.

  • The “Relax” Approach: If you prefer a quiet build-up, enjoy the music from a distance with a mocktail in hand. After the briefing, feel free to head off for a relaxed dinner and an early night to ensure you’re rested, focused, and 100% ready for an unforgettable day on the bike.
