We’re looking for an experienced, hard-working Cafe Manager to lead our Girona Café team.
Minimum 3 years experience managing a cafe or restaurant
Minimum 5 years experience in the food and beverage service sector
Experience working on a busy terrace
Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistently great service essential

Spanish, English and ideally Catalan languages
Make a staff rota to ensure full coverage of the cafe.
Make all food and liquid orders. Payments and financing is managed centrally.
Complete quarterly 1-2-1´s with each staff member. A Partner can participate.
Review monthly financial results from the cafe and make adjustments as required to the menu and operations.
Work with the team during the busiest service hours.
Ensure the smooth running of the cafe between the agreed opening hours.
Cover sickness or change requests with other staff members or personally. There is the possibility to provide coverage from the existing shop staff team if they are trained.

Join our exciting and dynamic Girona retail team! You will sell our premium cycling apparel. You must have previous experience.
You must have permission to work in Spain and speak English and Spanish. This is a full-time permanent position.

Operate the point of sale system, open and close the shop each shift.
Stay up to date with new arrivals in store.
Up-sell other Eat Sleep Cycle products and services.
Extra responsibility with online shop optional.
Bile sales work in the bike shop also possible.

We are looking for committed kitchen staff to work in the Eat Sleep Cycle kitchen, preparing our brunch menu designed for cyclists. We work with local produce and focus on a quality, healthy and delicious offer for our customers.
A minimum of two years experience in a kitchen environment is a benefit
Experience managing orders with suppliers is a benefit
A meticulous work ethic is essential, we are looking someone who takes pride in their work
Catalan or Spanish language essential, English language a benefit
Work independently to fulfill orders in a timely manner
Maintain a clean workspace and strict hygiene standards
Complete health & safety training as required
Look after the production of menu items to ensure quick service in peak times.
