General Manager – Girona Hub

Job Description

This is a full-time on-site General Manager role located in Girona at Eat Sleep Cycle. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Cycling Hub, managing a team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth and sustainability initiatives.

 

Essential Experience

At least 5 years experience managing a bike shop or similar business.

Experience of managing a team of at least 10 people.

English and Spanish languages are essential, Catalan preferred.

Bike Mechanic, Málaga Cycling Hub

Job Description

Join our team at our Málaga Cycling Hub. You’ll be maintaining and preparing our beautiful fleet of rental bikes, and working on customer bikes too.

Essential Experience

At least 2 years experience as a bike mechanic.

Ability to repair all basic mechanical bike issues like gear and brake adjustment.

Work well under pressure.

Computer literate, must learn our reservation system.

Bike Rental & Workshop Mechanic, Nice Cycling Hub

Job Description

With the full support of the Hub Manager, the Bike Mechanic will be responsible for running a world-class professional workshop. This is a varied role offering freedom to develop quickly while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship. Training, guidance, and support will be provided at every stage. A passion for quality, efficiency, and teamwork is essential.

Create and implement workshop processes: (Quality control, rental bike procedures, Cleaning protocols, Bike wash & bike storage systems, etc)

Ensure workshop parts are well stocked, sourcing best value or alternatives where needed

Replace or repair defective parts using specialist tools
