This role is responsible for delivering a seamless and high-quality tour experience by managing guest communications, coordinating logistics, and supporting tour delivery from planning through to completion. Acting as the main point of contact for guests, the role ensures clear, timely communication, organizes pre-departure briefings, and provides ongoing support before and during tours.
The position also oversees all logistical arrangements, including bookings, supplier coordination, and budget management, ensuring tours are delivered efficiently and within agreed costs. During tour operations, the role provides both in-office and out-of-hours support to guides and guests, helping resolve issues and maintain service standards.
In addition, the role contributes to continuous improvement by gathering feedback, supporting product development, and maintaining accurate tour documentation. Overall, it plays a key part in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and consistent delivery quality across all tours.

Eat Sleep Cycle is looking for a highly organised, technically skilled Product Developer to help grow our in-house cycling apparel and merchandise line. You will turn design concepts into production-ready products, managing development from initial briefing through sampling, testing, costing, and handover to production.
You’ll work closely with our Designer, supply chain partners, and the wider ESC team to deliver high-quality, durable, and beautiful products that reflect our commitment to cycling culture, performance, and adventure.
