We’re looking for an experienced, hard-working Cafe Manager to lead our Girona Café team.
Minimum 3 years experience managing a cafe or restaurant
Minimum 5 years experience in the food and beverage service sector
Experience working on a busy terrace
Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistently great service essential

Make a staff rota to ensure full coverage of the cafe.
Make all food and liquid orders. Payments and financing is managed centrally.
Complete quarterly 1-2-1´s with each staff member. A Partner can participate.
Review monthly financial results from the cafe and make adjustments as required to the menu and operations.
Work with the team during the busiest service hours.
Ensure the smooth running of the cafe between the agreed opening hours.
Cover sickness or change requests with other staff members or personally. There is the possibility to provide coverage from the existing shop staff team if they are trained.

We are seeking a proactive and motivated sales specialist to provide exceptional customer service to guests enquiring about bike hire, cycling services & cycling tours.
Fluent in English
2 years experience in a sales driven role
Good knowledge of bikes & basic understanding of bike fit
Exceptional organisational & time manangement skills
Computer literate with an ability to work across multiple systems.
Confident in taking phone calls & building instant rapport with customers

Book cycling guides – select based on the profile of the guest

At least 3 years experience working in a bike shop.
Work well under pressure.
Computer literate and experience with ERP systems.

Work in a team with regular collaboration with other departments including sales and finance teams.
Process warranty with suppliers.
