At Eat Sleep Cycle it’s our pedal powered mission to share our love of cycling with anyone who likes to ride a bike.
We run unique cycling tours across Europe and beyond. Enjoy the company of our exceptional local guides, stay in the best hotels a region has to offer & discover your chosen destination at the best time of year to ride.
Our Cycling Hubs are located in the heart of two of Europe's most popular cycling destinations, Girona & Málaga. Shop a handpicked range of bikes, accessories & apparel, hire a high quality rental bike, book your bike into the workshop, settle down of the terrace with a chilled beer or join one of our regular rides.
We put sustainability at the heart of our operations & seek to embed environmentally friendly practises in everything that we do. We believe that it's time to give back to, & protect, the amazing landscapes that give us so much joy as cyclists.
Love the act of riding a bike and the adventure, connections, new experiences & relationships that it brings.
Develop and seek better ways of doing things, all the time.
Strive to take things to the next level, take down barriers and look for solutions.
Support each other and lead by example
In their purest form a ‘Cyclist’ is free from gender, race, sexuality, status, beliefs and cultural background. Riding a bike is an equalizer - when we meet for a ride we don’t know the identity of the Cyclist under the helmet, only that they are a like-minded being who finds joy in going for a ride. As Cyclists we are free to be who we are - and this is the approach we take towards our team & community.
All are welcome.
We’re proud to support Bicicletas Sin Fronteras, a charity with a mission to distribute bikes to school aged children in Senegal. We also work closely with Reforesta to support their efforts to reforest Spain - we're busy planting trees close to the beautiful city of Granada.
We are cyclists and we love this sport, we know how to create or choose an experience exclusively for you, whatever your preferences may be.
We know that a good route is always better with comfortable equipment and a great bike. That is why we offer our clients a selection of products and routes tested by ourselves. Everything we offer we would ride for ourselves.
Details rule, we know it and we love it. Our team works together to take care of all the details and add the “little touches” to make your experience extra-special.

In summary I cannot say enough about this company and about their people - this trip was incredible. The value was excellent also. My friend and our wives who accompanied us reminisce about this trip often. I recommend Eat Sleep Cycle to everyone now . . . and we are planning our next trip with them already for next year. Thank you so much Eat Sleep Cycle!"
Gravel Riding in Girona and Calpe Ride Camp. Simply the best!. Best guides. Best rides. Best routes. It would be difficult to make this a better experience. Highly recommended."
Eat Sleep Cycle were great. Nothing was too much trouble, our itinerary was spot on and was tweaked on the fly according to our wishes and how the group was traveling. Can't recommend them enough, with a special shout out to Peter who was with us for the entire time and really made the trip something special."
I was blown away by Girona. Everyone at Eat Sleep Cycle was fabulous. Mike was awesome, so helpful and had time to chat about rides and the best places to go. After a long bike ride, the cold beer or two went down very well. The food and the coffee in the cafe were perfect, very good quality. We are all looking forward to going back. I also hired a great bike, Basso, amazing!!"
