At Eat Sleep Cycle we believe cycling is a powerful tool to change people’s lives.

We value community, inclusiveness & low travel footprint which has a positive impact on the local communities we visit. We seek out the small hotels and restaurants which share our values and showcase the best a region has to offer. We seek the best local cycling guides who love where they’re from and take pride in guiding our guests on their favourite roads.

We strive to deliver the highest quality in everything that we do, be it repairing a bike in our Girona store, or delivering a luxury cycling tour. We always go the extra mile to offer the best service and make sure our guests depart looking forward to their next Eat Sleep Cycle tour.

The Eat Sleep Cycle community starts in our Girona home, where all are welcome to join our club, social events & rides. We’re busy making cycling accessible to the unconverted, running women’s only rides & helping to develop Girona as a cycling destination, both for visitors & the local community.

Our cycling tours are completely flexible, guaranteed to run and are scheduled for the time of year offering the best weather and quietest roads. From our base in Girona we have access to the best cycling in Europe and we’re always on the road seeking the next hidden gem, undiscovered col or epic gravel road. We cater for all who love to cycle and offer tours for cyclists of all abilities and inclinations.

Join our community, experience the world and savour the ride!

Bernat works in our Hub, mainly on reception but can often be found helping out in the workshop too.

His favourite type of riding is, MTB, gravel and anything involving exploration. If he could ride anywhere in the world he would ride somewhere with a stunning landscape and single-track, for example British Columbia.

When he’s not working he spends time with his family, watching TV series’, practicing photography, cooking, eating and travelling.

Bernat’s coffee-stop go-to is a ‘cafe amb llet i bocata de butifarra’ a coffee with milk and a sandwich of the traditional Catalan sausage, butifarra.

Her coffee stop order is a flat white with either coconut or almond milk!

From Chesire, via Manchester, via London and now Girona, Chris is our Relationship Manager.

Chris can’t choose a favourite Girona ride as he says “it’s all so good”! When he’s not working he loves “hanging out with old and new friends at the amazing places in Girona.” He is also a lover of all things water sports, especially kayaking.

At the cafe, he’ll be found ordering a ‘cafe con leche, por favor’

Nancy is our tour logistics whizz! Originally from Mexico, Nancy arrived in Girona via Holland 6 years ago after a career of racing on the track and road.

Nancy’s favourite part of her job is being part of a team that makes people’s holiday dreams come true. Her favourite ride is the coastal loop with a coffee stop at the Dulce Pikka cake shop.

when she’s not working, Nancy spends her time with her family or riding bikes, sometimes she even combines the two!

Shockingly, Nancy doesn’t drink coffee,  so her coffee stop order is orange juice and a chocolate croissant!

Vilja hails from Finland and works in our Girona Hub.

She says her favourite thing about working in The Hub is the people and the potential.

Her favourite thing to do in Girona is ride to Banyoles for a run, followed by a swim in the lake!

If she could ride anywhere in the world it would be Switzerland.

When she’s not at work Vilja can be found drinking coffee and exploring.
