Eat Sleep Cycle was born from a chance race-day encounter of three cyclists. Like minds met, the first rental bikes were bought and the first grand tour from Girona to Biarritz rolled out in August 2016.

From our headquarters in Girona we run a slick bike hire service and operate fully supported cycling tours in our favourite European destinations.

At Eat Sleep Cycle it’s our mission to share our love of cycling with anyone who likes to ride a bicycle. We cater for cyclists of all abilities; those looking for a leisurely spin to those looking to push themselves to their limits.

Join us for a ride!

Meet the Team

Lee is an Engineer from the north of England who has lived and worked on the Isle of Wight as well as the more exotic locations of China, San Diego & Argentina. After a career change and a stint of Sustainability in London, Lee found his new home in Girona, where he’s busy growing Eat Sleep Cycle alongside increasing his threshold power.

Louise is a touring-cyclist turned road-racer from Kent, England. She studied and worked in London for 6 years in the sustainability sector before heading to Girona where she pursued cycling and the racing dream. Soon after she founded Eat Sleep Cycle alongside Lee & Brian and is now busy designing and marketing new trips as well as setting up a Girona-based women’s race team.

Brian is a journalist from Ireland who moved to Girona to pursue the dream of working whilst sunbathing and drinking tea. That dream was shattered when he set up Eat Sleep Cycle with Lee & Louise. A talented salesman, Brian loves to ride his bicycle in-between tours, on tours and sometimes home for Christmas.

Miqui is from Girona. When not looking after the Hub workshop Miqui can be found racing Red Hook crits, working on his Insta profile & eating. Miqui is a skilled mechanic, driver & guide on Eat Sleep Cycle tours.

Boris is a Menorquin genius who rides a bike no faster than tumbleweed speed. He spends his working life riding bicycles, fixing bicycles and designing pretty brochures to advertise riding bicycles. Multi-lingual, multi-bearded, multi-skilled. (He also multiplies his bicycle fleet at any opportunity).

Front of House

Silvia is Italian and has lived in Girona for 15 years. She knows the best places to stay, the best places to eat and is working on learning the best cycling routes! Silvia joined Eat Sleep Cycle after stepping back from running her own successful business, Sleep & Stay.

Zoe is our Hub masseuse. She’s a qualified physiotherapist and guide for Eat Sleep Cycle. When not at the Hub Zoe works with Gabinet Medic Girona & British Cycling. Rest assured your legs will be in good hands with Zoe!

Jamie is from the UK and is racing and training full time in the Catalan sun before he heads to university to study Engineering (unless he decides to stay in Girona of course!) Jamie provides invaluable finance & website support to the team.

Also known as the Cycling Godfather of Girona, Peter is from Canada and came across Girona after touring across Aisa on his bicycle. Like many others who came to Girona he set up home and started to cultivate his bicycle collection. Peter is a talented guide and joins many of our Trans-mountain tours.
