We provide detailed itineraries with route information and our recommendations for places to see en route and stop for coffee, lunch, afternoon snacks and the best spots to enjoy your evening meals. We move your luggage from hotel to hotel and we’re a phone call away should you need any unexpected support.

UNSURE WHERE TO START?

Why Eat Sleep Cycle Self-Guided Cycling Holidays?

If you are like us, cycling is much more than your sport or your hobby, it is a lifestyle choice and a wonderful way to explore the world. Our self-guided cycling tours offer high-quality accommodations and access to our local knowledge and destination guides that we’ve built over the years.

We offer industry-leading support en route – if you have an unexpected problem, we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

“Endless views, tour-worthy climbs, and practically private backroads, Eat Sleep Cycle’s “Mountains of Catalunya” was a trip to remember. The routes were top tier, only outdone by the accommodations, including a castle and a mountain top retreat with panoramic views. We rode a “self-guided” tour and worked with Roger who is the very best, he met us at the ESC hub, went over the route, and was at our beck and call whenever we needed him. Five stars, highly recommended.”

We can also offer a choice of high-quality bike rentals to suit all budgets and rider types.
