Product Developer – Eat Sleep Cycle Apparel & Merchandise

Job Description

Eat Sleep Cycle is looking for a highly organised, technically skilled Product Developer to help grow our in-house cycling apparel and merchandise line. You will turn design concepts into production-ready products, managing development from initial briefing through sampling, testing, costing, and handover to production.

You’ll work closely with our Designer, supply chain partners, and the wider ESC team to deliver high-quality, durable, and beautiful products that reflect our commitment to cycling culture, performance, and adventure.

This role is ideal for someone who loves the details — fabrics, fits, trims, construction, timelines — and wants to be part of a brand that’s shaping the future of cycling apparel from Girona.

Essential Experience

2–5 years in product development, technical design, or apparel production (sports/outdoor/cycling strongly preferred).

Hands-on experience with factories and sampling processes.

Comfortable creating and managing technical specifications.

Experience developing cycling apparel specifically (jerseys, bib shorts, outerwear).

Knowledge of chamois, compression knits, seam tapes, bonding, and other technical elements.

Purchase Retail Specialist

Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Purchase Retail Specialist based in Girona. The specialist will manage supply chain of our own product line and product selection/inventory management with our partner brands, across 3 physical location and one online shop. Report directly to Partner.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Cycling Tour Sales Specialist to join our growing team. As a key member of our sales team, you will guide prospective clients through the tour selection and booking process, ensuring they find the perfect cycling experience tailored to their needs and dreams.

Contract Details
40hr full time contract
The role is based in our office in Fornells de la Selva, Girona. Remote working is not available.
