Make a staff rota to ensure full coverage of the cafe.

Make all food and liquid orders. Payments and financing is managed centrally.

Complete quarterly 1-2-1´s with each staff member. A Partner can participate.

Review monthly financial results from the cafe and make adjustments as required to the menu and operations.

Work with the team during the busiest service hours.

Ensure the smooth running of the cafe between the agreed opening hours.

Cover sickness or change requests with other staff members or personally. There is the possibility to provide coverage from the existing shop staff team if they are trained.

At least 3 years experience managing a bike shop.

Experience working in Spanish bike shops.

Work well under pressure.

Computer literate and experience with ERP and Point of Sale systems.

You must be fluent in Spanish and have conversational English.

Achieve daily, monthly and annual sales targets.

Work closely with the other business arear including tours and bike hire businesses.

Manage supplier relationships and host supplier visits.

For the right candidate management could extend to bike hire and cafe.

At least 3 years experience purchasing bicycles, components and cycling kit in Spain from Spanish distributors.

At least 3 years experience working in a bike shop.

Work well under pressure.

Computer literate and experience with ERP systems.

You must be fluent in Spanish and have conversational English.

Experience dealing with product quality and warranty.

Purchase bicycles, components and cycling kit for our Girona bike shop and apparel store.

Manage supplier relationships and host supplier visits.

Receive material following the process of our ERP system.

Perform regular stock checks and lead maintaining an accurate stock level.

Work in a team with regular collaboration with other departments including sales and finance teams.

Process warranty with suppliers.

Experience working in a bike shop.

Knowledge about bikes and cycling kit.

Enjoy socialising with customers of all ages and backgrounds.

Computer literate, Must learn our point of sale system..

Front line customer service; meet / greet customers, reply to customers on all our channels including emails, answering the phone and responding to WhatsApp and Online chat.

Sell bikes; ensure bikes on the shop floor have a price tag; build quotes for customers.

Sell cycling products; ensure the Hub is beautifully presented, offer customers advice & help.

Operate the point of sale system, open and close the shop each shift.

Stay up to date with new arrivals in store.

At least 2 years experience as a bike mechanic.

Ability to repair all basic mechanical bike issues like gear and brake adjustment.

Work well under pressure.

Computer literate, must learn our reservation system.

Good languages. English conversational minimum. Ideally Spanish and some Catalan.

Ideally experience working at another bike rental center.

Customer service experience preferred.

Clean and maintain the Eat Sleep Cycle Girona bike rental fleet.

Problem solve any mechanical and electronic issues with the bikes.

Build new rental bikes delivered by our partner brands.

Communicate with bike rental customers about their reservation and set the bike up for them.

Work in a team.

At least 2 years experience as a bike mechanic.

Good bicycle mechanic skills, you are able to fix flats, change disc brake pads and perform safety checks

Ensure a seamless, 5* delivery of the tour itinerary so guests can enjoy the time of their lives

Promote safe cycling at all times, prioritize accident prevention

Build exceptional relationships with guests & your colleagues

Deliver daily briefings to guests about the day’s ride and any other activities

Problem solve on the ground and know when to escalate to HQ

Deliver a tour within the allocated budget, track expenses and supply receipts

Attend a debrief with the team at HQ, review guest feedback

Participate in the guide team briefing ahead of the tour

Review detailed guests information, trip itinerary and routes ahead of departure and raise any questions or suggestions

Route design & tour recons - support the team at HQ

Review tour equipment checklist, prepare bikes & pack vans
