Begin in the picturesque capital of Ljubljana before cycling north to Velika planina – The largest shepherds’ settlement in Europe offerring jaw-dropping, panoramic views. Cycle through the Logar Valley, a beautiful region with alpine glacial valleys which flow into the Kamnik-Savinja Alps in the north of Slovenia. Recharge at the outdoor spa and enjoy the serenity of the alpine mountains. Climb into the Jezersko region of Slovenia and escape into a wide gravel path surrounded by alpine forest before arriving into the third largest village of Slovenia, Kranj. Stay in Lake Bohinj and end the tour in the European gem, Lake Bled. The tour is predominantly on wide, compact gravel roads and includes quiet, tarmac sections. The gravel is not technical, offerring more of an adventure rather than challenge.

The tour features our handpicked hotels in each destination, each offering excellent hospitality and culrinary expertise. The second night is at a chalet in the Velika Planina. This is a rustik stay offering unbeatable panaoramic views. The hotel in Logar Valley is remotely located with a soothing atmosphere and mountain views. In Kranj, the hotel has its own wine cellar and excellent cuisine. The last two hotels are beside Lake Bohinj and Lake Bled, each offerring something a little different with stunning views.
