What is Crowdcube?
Crowdcube is an online platform which connects individual investors like you with businesses like us. Crowdcube is a legal entity which takes care of all the legal issues and enables investments from as little as €20 (1 share) is our case.
What costs are involved in investing in Crowdcube?
Crowdcube charges investors a 2.49% payment fee upfront up to a limit of €500. Then Crowdcube charges 5% on earnings from your investment. These fees cover the legal expenses of managing your investment.
How do I invest on Crowdcube?
It is really easy! All you need to do is register here. Then, you can click “Invest Now” and make the investment via the secure payment platform Stripe, with any credit and debit card.
How can I make money from my investment?
The main ways to make money from your investment are from dividends and future sale/buy-out. If the business pays dividends, Crowdcube will make sure that you receive your share. If the business is sold or bought out, Crowdcube will ensure that you receive your investment (which will be multiplied if the business has increased in value).
