Start the journey in Pucon, Chile and ride east across the Andes to Argentina and the town of San Martín de los Andes. From here ride south following the iconic route of the 7 Lakes, arguably one of the most beautiful roads in the world. On our last day we take a boat to the Isla Victoria, ride exquisite single track and finish at the iconic Llao Llao hotel on the shores of the Lago Perito Moreno.

Stay in fabulous 5* & 4* hotels throughout the trip, selected for their mind-blowing locations and to showcase the best of the region’s hospitality. We’ll dine together every night – whether is outside under the stars of summer skies or in renowned restaurants en route. Rated 3 out of 4 our Advanced tours are designed for people who ride regularly and want back to back challenging days on the bike. Riders should be confident riding in a small group, comfortable on extended climbs (at your own pace) and have good bike handling skills on corners and descents. E-bikes are available on all of our tours.

Day 1
Welcome to Chile!

Enjoy a warm welcome from your guides at our first hotel in Pucón. Get to know everyone over a welcome lunch & in the afternoon get the bikes set up & enjoy a short warm-up ride along the River Pucón.

Day 2
Pucón to Coñaripe

Head out through small villages around Palguin Bajo, begin the long gradual climb through villarica national park with views of Volcán Villarrica. The ride ends with a long descent from 1300 m to Coñaripe

Day 3
Coñaripe to the Huilo Huilo Nature Reserve

Today is a rolling ride across undulating terrain. Ride alonside the Lago Neltune. The last climb of the day is 12 km up to spectacular Huilo-Huilo Biological Reserve.

Day 4
Ride across the border to Argentina

Start the day with a 2.5 hour ferry ride across the Lago Pirihueico. Our ride takes is up the the border crossing to Argentina. Ride along Lago Lácar with time of a pause & soak up the incredible views at Playa de Yuco. Spend this evening in the town of San Martín de los Andes, a lively town located in the Lanín Nature reserve.

Day 5
7 Lakes Ride

Ride south on the stunning route of the 7 Lakes. We’ll stop to soak up the views at the Mirador Lago Machónico, the Mirador Lago Falkner & the Mirador Del Lago Villarino. Next up is the Mirador Lago Escondido before we reach the shores of the Lago Correntoso. The Lago Espejo is our final call before we find our resting place for the night on the shores of the Lago Nahuel Huapi.

Day 6
Grand Finale to Bariloche

Start the day with a climb into the mountains before looping down to the shores of the Naheul Huapi Lake. From here we take a boat across the Victoria Island, where a section of single track awaits. A boat collects us on the other side and we ferry across to our final destination at the Llao Llao hotel. Tonight will be a night to remember. We celebrate the adventure with an exclusive evening dining al fresco with a meal prepared for the group by our guest chef.

Ride Support

FULL SUPPORT

Enjoy small group sizes and professional, personal support all week from your guides & support vehicle.

We work with an industry leading guide to guest ratio – expect up to 4 guests per guide on the trip with guides leading the way on the road and a support vehicle close by at all times. Note that for groups of 4 riders or less this tour is run as a guided trip without the support vehicle.

The ride support vehicle is stocked with natural ride nutrition, electrolytes and water, as well as a full set of tools to resolve any mechanicals. On selected days the support crew will serve a delicious picnic lunch in a scenic location en route. Enjoy local foods chosen to keep you feeling energized and healthy.

Llao Llao Hotel

We end the trip in style at the 5* Llao Llao resort in Barliloche, the most exclusive hotel in Argentine Patagonia. Surrounded by the Cerro Lopez and Tronador mountain peaks and the Moreno and Nahuel Huapi lakes, the hotel is set in 15 stunning acres of land.

What happens if I need to cancel the trip?
We have a flexible cancelation policy - please take a look at our cancellation policyat the time of booking. If you have any doubts please reach out and we're happy to help.

Is the tour the right level for me?
We rate our tours from Level 1 (Leisure) to Level 4 (Epic). Each tour contains a description of the level, expected daily ride time, distance and elevation. If you have any doubts we're more that happy to speak to you on the phone and help to find you the perfect trip!

What about bikes? Can I hire one or should I bring my own?
We recommend that you hire a bike for your tour and will work with you after you book to help you to choose the best size and model for your ride style. If you prefer to bring your bike, it's no problem. Please be aware that on some of our epic trips we charge a supplement to transport your bike box to our finishing location. If you have any doubts, please ask!

Is insurance included?
Insurance is not included in our tour packages. We highly recommend contracting travel insurance at the time of reservation with a company from where you are from.

Health insurance which covers you for illness or injury whilst cycling in your chosen destination is mandatory, we'll ask you for details of your insurance provider before you travel.
