Opening 1st March 2026!

We started Eat Sleep Cycle because we love riding in exceptional places and sharing those experiences with cyclists from around the world.

We chose Nice as our base because it offers an outstanding quality of life and world-class riding. The sunshine, smooth coastal roads, iconic mountain climbs, quiet backroads and diverse landscapes are the tangible reasons we often talk about. But for us, it goes far beyond that.

Nice is our gateway to the Alps, the Riviera and beyond. It’s our benchmark for ride quality, culture, food and atmosphere. From relaxed café stops to legendary high-mountain routes, Nice captures the true essence of cycling and we’re proud to call this region home.

This is the best bike shop in Girona in terms of customer service and mechanics. I had an issue with my Di2 and the mechanics fixed it quickly and efficiently. I also got a new tire put on and they had exactly what I wanted. Chris is such a joy to see when you walk in the shop, always smiling and a pleasure to speak with. Everyone knows their stuff here, I highly recommend for all your biking needs when visiting Girona.

I am just back in Ireland having spent 9 days in Girona. Eat Sleep Cycle was like a home from home. All of the staff members were so friendly and welcoming. The cafe / bar is amazing. The pinnacle of my trip was the Vallter Slayer last Saturday, what a fantastic event that I will be back to do again!! Many thanks again to Louise, Lee and all of the staff in Eat Sleep Cycle.

Eat Sleep Cycle (ESC) is a great brand & bike shop in the heart of Girona. I rented one of the road bikes for about a week and thought it was well worth the price. I had a concern regarding the bikes tires, the mechanic took a look, and replaced the tire to reassure that I would be safe while descending the incredible climbs in Girona. Additionally, ESC had organized a group ride where I was able to meet other cyclists and ride on some awesome roads. Lastly, they have a cafe right next door that serves great coffee & food at reasonable prices. Truly, a one-stop shop while you’re in Girona. Cannot recommend enough!

I recently rented a bike from Eat Sleep Cycles and I have to say it was a great experience! The staff was really knowledgeable and helped me find the right size bike for me. The bike was in excellent condition and I felt safe while riding. I appreciated the fact that they had a full range of bike accessories for rent as well. I would definitely recommend Eat Sleep Cycles to anyone looking for a reliable bike rental service.
