Sports Massage and Coaching
Stay fresh all week with sports massage from a qualified therapist. Sessions are €50 per hour and must be booked in advance.
Prepare for your cycling holiday or capitalise on your new found fitness after your trip with the Eat Sleep Cycle coach. We offer personalised 5 week and 12 week training plans in collaboration with our professional coach. Our coach will create a personal training plan that suits your schedule and your goals, being it getting to the top of the mountain or winning your local races.
