Our Tour of Piemonte is designed for guests who love to cycle & enjoy the finer things in life. Guides set a sustainable pace for the group and riders are welcome to take climbs at their own pace. There are three challenging HC climbs on the itinerary – training for the tours is highly recommended. Remember that the support van is close by at all times should anyone wish to take a break.
We are experienced at adjusting rides to suit different rider levels within a group. Please give us a call if you have any doubts or questions.
The ride is fully-supported by an Eat Sleep Cycle staff crew, guiding you on the road and in an Eat Sleep Cycle vehicle.
Our support staff are experienced professionals from all walks of life united by a love of cycling. They’ll take care of everything; keeping you and your bike in tip top condition throughout the tour.
The support vehicle carries a selection of ride nutrition, from fresh fruit, nuts & salty snacks to natural sports nutrition & energy products from Chimpanzee.

Mario is our native Italian guide, he hails from a little town called Conegliano, 40 km from Venice. A lover of the mountains, when he’s not guiding you’ll find him cross-country skiing.
Silvia is from Rome and is a lover of travel & cycling. Silvia looks after the design & delivery of our Italian tours & is an expert at selecting the perfect hotels, food & wine tasting experiences. Silvia is an expert baker and bakes wonderful cakes, including an off-the-scale-delicious homemade Tiramisu.

A breakfast buffet is included each morning. During the ride we will keep you fuelled with our favourite ride food. Lunches are enjoyed en route at our favourite trattoria’s or are picnics of fresh local produce prepared by your guiding team.
Evening meals will be enjoyed as a group either at the hotel or at nearby local ristorantes. We work with the hotel & restaurants to ensure that meals are full of the right nutrients to keep you fuelled all week.

This beautiful hotel is located in a jewel of the religious architecture of Saluzzo, the 15th century Convent of San Giovanni. Relax in elegant rooms in the heart of the peaceful town of Saluzzo.

Choose from a Basso, handcrafted in Bassano del Grappa in northern Italy, a Ridley, designed in cycling’s heartland of Belgium, or a state-of-the-art Factor bike. All our bikes are supplied with compact 50-34 chainsets & 11-32 cassettes. Arrive: A group transfer departs from Turin Airport at 12 noon on the first day of the tour. Journey time to Fiano is 30 minutes.
Depart: Plan your onward travel from Turin Airport. A group transfer will depart on the last day from Serralunga at 10:00. Journey time is 1 hour 20 mins, suitable for flights departing after 14:00.
Guests are responsible for booking their own flights and travel insurance.
