Version 1.0. Applies to new tour bookings made from 1 November 2026 to 31 December 2026.
These Rules and Regulations apply to the Pay in Full campaign only. Our Terms and Conditions, Conditions of Carriage, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (EU, UK, CA) are in force at all times and are not changed by these rules.
Pay in full. Get €200 of kit. Book an eligible ESC tour and pay the full price at the time of booking. Each participant on that booking then receives €200 of credit to spend on Eat Sleep Cycle branded kit.
Pay in Full is run by Eat Sleep Cycle S.L. (Carrer Vern 3, 17004 Girona, Spain, NIF B55305734), together with Eat Sleep Cycle Tours S.L. (Carrer Garbí 34, 17458 Fornells de la Selva, Girona, Spain, NIF B13836994) and Eat Sleep Cycle SAS (11 Quai des Deux Emmanuels, 06300 Nice, France, SIRET 10216561000019) (“Eat Sleep Cycle”, “ESC”, “we”, “us”).
3.1 Your booking qualifies if all of the following apply:

4.1 Confirmation. After a qualifying booking, we will email the lead booker to confirm that the booking qualifies and how many €200 kit credits will be issued.
4.2 Kit credit. We will email one single-use code worth €200 per paying participant to the lead booker in the 30 days before the departure date. If the booking is made within 30 days of departure, the codes will be sent within 7 days of booking. The lead booker may pass each code to a participant on the booking.
5.1 The code can only be used on Eat Sleep Cycle branded products in the Eat Sleep Cycle collection at shop.eatsleepcycle.com.
5.2 Each code can be used once, in a single order. Any part of the €200 that is not spent in that order is lost. It does not carry over to another order and no change, credit or refund is given for the unused amount. If your order is worth more than €200, you pay the difference.
5.3 The code cannot be used on shipping, gift cards, bikes, rental or products from other brands.
5.4 Each code is valid for 12 months from the date it is sent.
5.5 The kit credit has no cash value. It cannot be exchanged for cash or set against the price of a tour.
5.6 If you return a product bought with a code, we refund only the amount you paid yourself. The code is not reissued.
6.1 If the booking is cancelled before the codes are issued, no kit credit is issued. Our Cancellation Policies apply to the booking as usual.
6.2 If you transfer to another departure, the kit credit moves with you as long as the new departure also qualifies under clause 3. The codes are then issued in the 30 days before the new departure.
6.3 If ESC cancels the tour, you receive a refund as set out in our Cycling Tours and Bike Hire Services Terms and Conditions. Any kit credit already issued stays valid.
6.4 If a payment is reversed, charged back or fails, the booking no longer qualifies. Codes not yet issued will not be issued, and codes already issued will be cancelled.
Pay in Full cannot be combined with the Into the Black 2026 sale or with any other discount code or campaign on the same booking.
We may end or change this campaign early for a valid reason. Bookings that already qualify will still receive their kit credit as set out in these rules.
To run this campaign, we use the booking details (lead booker’s name and email, number of participants, departure date and payment status) to send your confirmation and codes and to record that they have been sent, in line with our Privacy Policy.
