Summary

The Traka is more than a race; it’s a global gathering of the gravel community. As an Eat Sleep Cycle Traka guest, you don’t just attend the events; you get front-row seats to the best Girona has to offer.

The Traka is our home race, and we’ve been on the start line since the very beginning. Over the years we’ve watched it grow from a small gathering of a few hundred riders into one of the most anticipated events on the Girona cycling calendar. Now it’s your turn to be part of it.

Join us for an unforgettable week immersed in the unique atmosphere of Girona’s gravel scene, culminating in your choice of the legendary Traka 200 or Traka 100. Our package includes guaranteed entry to your chosen race (entries are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis), giving you the chance to take on one of the most iconic gravel challenges in Europe.

Throughout the weekend, you’ll ride, explore, and race with full support from our experienced team. From route guidance and mechanical help to local knowledge and pre-race preparation, we’ll make sure you arrive at the start line confident, relaxed, and ready to enjoy an incredible day on the bike.

Josep Grau

Hailing from Reus, Josep is a guide who finds beauty in the quiet details, from silent bike components to unknown mountain climbs. A lover of history and Led Zeppelin, he enjoys sharing the culture of his hometown. For Josep, a perfect day involves the Pyrenees, a glass of wine, and the Tour de France.
