If you are like us cycling is much more than your sport or your hobby, it is a lifestyle choice and one of the best ways to travel and discover a destination. Our group tours are for people to love to ride and want to get a feel for the culture & history of a destination too.

We focus on delivering an amazing experience and having fun! With a strong emphasis on group safety, we seek to create a supportive environment on tour, where each rider can achieve their goals for the day.

Stay in handpicked accommodations – we work with small boutique hotels which offer outstanding hospitality and offer a unique perspective on the region.

Enjoy the support of a local Eat Sleep Cycle guide team, they’re fantastic cyclists, trained in hospitality to ensure everyone is having a great time! You’ll be accompanied by cycling guides on the road and a support vehicle.

“Over the past 6 years, I’ve done 9 different cycling tours with EatSleepCycle – in Spain, France, and Italy. I keep coming back for the combination of excellent service and support, fantastic routes (including some wonderful, lesser-known climbs and villages), and great choices of accommodations and dining! They are so skilled at building a trip for me and my friends, combining the right level of challenge and spectacular scenery, with friendly and helpful support – the best tours of any company I’ve worked with over the past 15 years!”

What you can expect to experience

A WARM WELCOME

When you join a group cycling tour, we’ll collect you from the tour meeting point and take you to the first hotel. Your guides will give you a warm welcome and after lunch help everyone to get set up on their bikes ahead of the first, relaxed warm-up ride.

FUEL FOR YOUR JOURNEY

On an Eat Sleep Cycle tour, as you’d expect, most of the day is spent cycling! We provide riders with ride nutrition in the mornings, and riders can refuel throughout the day at our regroup points and lunch. Lunch is either a nutritious picnic lunch prepared by the guide team or enjoyed at a local bar en route.

TIME FOR SOLO EXPLORATION

In the afternoons there’s free time to enjoy the hotel facilities or explore the local town, before regrouping for an evening meal together.

FUN, BUT SAFELY

The support team takes care of your bike all week and gives daily briefings sharing route highlights and what to expect. We always talk about ride safety, ensuring a relaxed and fun cycling experience.
