Begin your journey from the Eat Sleep Cycle Hub space in the centre of Girona before beginning your trip direction to the Pyrenees before making a C shape back into Girona. Across the 4 nights, tackle numerous colls, sweeping descents, scenic mountains tops and race through national parks. This is a less-known region for travellers, adding a greater sense of adventure and challenge to your exerience. Stay in historical, stone villages and visit the roman remains scattered across the region.
The tour features our handpicked 4* hotels in each village destination. The first two hotels are situated in small alpine villages and provide excellent dining and spa services. Day 3 is a hotel a few kilometres from town, so we recommend having a good lunch in Tavertet before your arrival. The hotel has free access to the pool. In Girona, stay in a city centre hotel, situated just minutes from the old town.
The tour includes breakfast each day at the hotels, ensuring riders are fueled well for each days ride. It is optional to add evening meals to your tour. Just ask us! Most of the hotels feature spa services, important for rejuvinating after a day in the saddle.
Rated 3 out of 4 our Advanced tours are designed for people who ride regularly and want back to back challenging days on the bike. Riders should be confident riding in a small group, comfortable on extended climbs (at your own pace) and have good bike handling skills on corners and descents. E-bikes are available on all of our tours.
Begin your journey from the Eat Sleep Cycle Hub space in the centre of Girona. Enjoy a complimentary snack to get you fueled for the day as the team guides you through your daily itinerary. The first ride of the tour is direction Pyrenees. The route gradually ascends with three key climbs. Tonight, stay in the stone village of Llanars, just minutes from Camporodon.
Today is shorter route but it is not to be underestimated. After a stunning, sweeping descend, tackle the Coll de Canes at 1120 m elevation. Enjoy a gentle descend into Ripoll before tackiling the final challenge of the day, a steady 20 km climb averaging 2%. Stay in La Pobla de Lillet, a charming village on the Llobregat river.
This route transvereses the Osona region, known for its Roman remains, rich soil and beautiful landscapes making it a popular area for outdoor enthusiasts. Tonight, stay in the calming hotel of L’Avenc a few kilometres from Tavertet. Make sure to stop in Tavertet for lunch before continuing to your hotel.
The final ride of the journey awaits you and it does not dissapoint with the spectacular stops in Rupit and El Far. The majority of the ride is downhill, but requires a lot of energy, so be sure to fuel up along the way. Relax this evening and celebrate the journey you have made!

We’ll welcome you to the start of your tour, talk you through the week ahead and ensure you have everything you need to enjoy a great ride.
Guests receive a detailled digital Road Book, containing routes, route descriptions, details of hotels and our recommended places to stop along the way and enjoy in the evenings. Guests can choose to navigate from their own phone or GPS devices are available on request.
On a self-guided tour we take care of your luggage and move it from hotel to hotel. We also provide a contact number for support during the trip and will help you out of any situation.
We recommend that guests are able to fix a puncture and perform basic roadside bike repairs to best enjoy a self-gudied tour.

The Filante SLR is an extremely lightweight aerodynamic bicycle used by World Tour team Astana. Enjoy a Shimano Ultegra Di2 groupset and DT Swiss ERC 1400 wheelset.
Our top of the range road e-bike from Wilier. Enjoy a lightweight carbon frame, carbon wheelset and Shimano Ultegra Di2 shifting. The Filante Hybrid has a range of 1,000-2,000m of elevation, or constant use 1.5-2hrs. Range extenders are avialable to hire which doubles this range.
A comfortable e-road bike with a lightweight carbon frameset and a clean-cut design featuring fully integrated cable routing. The Garda Hybrid uses the proven and reliable Mahle X35+ drive unit with 250 Wh motor inserted in the rear hub while the battery is housed in the down tube. The groupset is Shimano 105 Di2. The Garda has an autonomy of 1,000-2,000m of elevation, or constant use 1.5-2hrs – it’s possible to rent a range extender to double the range for an additional fee.
